The ‘Push the Pace’ project endeavours to reduce the time of the NIHR components of the research pathway in order to shorten the research journey. Specifically, ‘Push the Pace’ has a target to identify and reduce time lags within NIHR by 20% whilst maintaining the quality of the services/activities delivered.I support the project by creating communication materials to inform stakeholders about the project, working closely with the strategic communications lead and the Project Board.
