MEET Gill ➡ I'm a professional health coach to people who are tired, lacking in energy, struggling to maintain a healthy weight and those who want to improve their sports performance. I'm straight forward and plain speaking but understand that people need support to reach their health goals so I'm with you every step of the way. I specialise in showing people how to fit a healthy active lifestyle around a busy schedule, whatever that may be. I also teach and coach others to do the same as me, working full or part time from home with hours to suit and with full support. MY STORY ➡ After leaving corporate life in 2005, I decided to work in health and nutrition to help others. I'd seen what a healthy active lifestyle had done for me and wanted to share it. I'd always exercised but it wasn't until I focused on my nutrition that I really started to see results.HOW I HELP WITH YOUR HEALTH ➡ To have a healthy, functioning body and mind at whatever your age makes life so much easier. Often life gets in the way and we never realise just how well our bodies can perform for us. What happens to the people who depend on you if you get sick? Do you skip breakfast and eat lunch on the go? Are you always tired and put it down to a busy life? Yes, that's what I used to be like. Did you know that 7/10 doctor's appointments are due to poor lifestyle choices? All of this is most likely linked to your nutrition (or lack of) and I help clients make small, simple changes to their daily routines giving them healthy options so they have plenty of energy to perform at the top of their game at work and still have plenty left to enjoy their sport and family life.
