The main objective of this project is to raise awareness in restaurants and to help customers to understand the impact of food waste on the environment. This objective compels to customers and restaurant managers as well as the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). The long-term objective is to use a marketing campaign to change food consumption behaviour.
