HelloI am Gill Main and my passions are business leadership, life and wellness. I design and implement bespoke support services for organisations and individuals. Incorporating coaching, mentoring, training one to one and for groups, I love to work at strategy level, and then operationalise with a sleeves rolled up approach to getting tasks and projects successfully completed.I am focussed on enabling a business to get the best bottom line results, impacting their service delivery to customers and clients, whilst at the same time contributing to the wellness of their people resource. All my services are geared to support people in leading lives that we can get the best from because we are happy and fulfilled. Working with a person centred holistic approach, I consider physical, emotional, mental and spiritual perspectives, drawing upon the wide range of techniques and experience to create the action plan required.
