Areas of Law:Corporate & CommercialFintechKey aspects of my work include:• providing clear and concise legal and regulatory advice to traditional financial services and blockchain-based businesses on offering their products and services in or from Gibraltar;• assisting start-up and scale up companies obtain the relevant licenses and registrations (particularly DLT Provider & Virtual Asset Service Providers) from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC);• consulting with compliance, product and in-house legal teams and assisting the development and preparation of internal procedure and policy documentation in contemplation of an application to be licensed by the GFSC;• drafting and reviewing the terms of sale and issuance of tokenised assets, including initial coin offerings.
