Interviewing the prospective students,’ coordinating with London (The mother college) with regards to marking essays, project work and student observations and assessment in schools. Running workshops on practical areas of the curriculum. Providing in-house, made-to-measure, training for established Montessori nurseries in the Emirates. All administrative duties for the college. Setting up of a Montessori nursery school under the umbrella of the college and working with staff and parents in the day to day running of the school.

Duties: interviewing perspective students, placing students for teaching practice and assessing students in the classroom.
