I have coached across cultures, countries and industries since 2005, supporting my clients in making choices that create more emotionally intelligent leadership and a more balanced and fulfilling life. I bring an international and multilingual background to my work, having lived and coached on both sides of the Atlantic, with clients in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Canada and across the US. A sensitivity to coaching across cultural divides, especially within organizations boasting diverse cultures and mindsets, is central to my practice. I am passionate about challenging my clients to stretch beyond their comfort zone, assumptions, or self-limiting beliefs to tune in and become more aware of their impact—both intended and unintended. My coaching style combines curiosity, irreverence and a commitment to my clients’ potential, values and ambitions. As a believer in balance, I can be found in a Pilates class, hunting for a specific recipe ingredient, running around the Central Park reservoir, or on the phone with friends I miss, scattered across a few continents.
