SAP Project in Fortaleza.Three projects were delivered since Oct, 2013 for GAC (Grupo Aço Cearense): SAP Big-bang, NF-e 3.10 and Customers' profile.In order to improve new functionalities, enhancements and SAP update, we asked all GAC's areas about their requirements. We transformed this list into a scope (SAP Wave 2), timeline and cost analysis to have it as a feasible plan.

SAP Go Live occurred in Feb, 2013• Set up and preparation of the business team and local SAP consultants for the Roll-out SAP project.• “Change Management” mentor and executer to fit global template with our local demands, keeping the team motivated, open to the new model and, at the same time, making the team aware about the risks and constraints (GAP) between our local mandatory needs versus global design.• Integration, intermediation and negotiation about FIT/GAP between Business and technical solutions.

Project Manager (March/2008 – October/2010)• Set up of SAP consultants to projects, pré-sales presentations and Project profitability analyzes.• Project management in T-Systems’ clients likeVolkswagen, British American Tobacco, Sabó, etc.• Manager to develop all internal SAP consultants in SAP All-in-One.

Responsible to implement SAP solutions for companies like Volkswagen, BAT and Eldorado Celulose.

• Full IT management covering people, ERP’s (“in house”, Microsiga, EMS e SAP), usage licenses, business areas training, networks, security, mobile communication, usage policies, back-up’s, DRP, VOIP, etc.• Manager responsible to join systems due to buying of UDVB (local brands and plants of Diageo Group).• Project Manager for organizational restructuration of the company, including processes and procedures in advance of SAP implementation..• SAP, BW and Management Cockpit implementation.• Implementation manager of all KPI’s for all areas and “on-line” BW for Comercial area.• Member of the global team to study hosting of the servers.
