Responsible for the leadership of ROV Brazil operations, supervising the operations through remote support, totaling 26 systems, up to 240 employees, ensuring the delivery of the project according to the operational scope pre-established contractually with the client and raising Profits for the CIA. Also, responsible for the annual budget management of 40M USD, dimensioning and selection of teams to meet the Projects, management of FOPAG, Import and Export Processes and supporting the commercial sector in the preparation of Proposals and Contracts. • Delivery of 2 projects to the Libra Consortium, with a budget 20% below the plan, and no operational "pending" that could lead to delays in the acceptability of the project. The mobilization took place in Las Palmas, demanding strong interaction with the company's other business units.• Leader of the equipment commissioning project to fulfill Total Brazil's contract, completing the minimum business planning, within the window granted by the client. • Restructuring of ROV operations in Brazil, reducing the costs of service providers and labor by 15%, performing resizing of the team size, use of foreign labor, corresponding to local business requirements and improving the quality of service.• Optimization of maintenance costs, leading to a direct cost reduction of around 60%, through improvements in repair processes, consumption analysis, identification and elimination of non-essential items and tactical review of inventory management.• Management of critical HSEQ processes, working together with senior management to develop strategies and policies, focusing on the continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Workplace Safety and Environment processes.
