Received award and recognition for developing a process to track and recall maintenance man-hours for contractor work centers. This process was adopted by 3rd Marine Air Wing and was the standard for all aviation units in theater and in CONUSEstablished a NALCOMIS Database for the Forward Operating Base (FOB) Korean Village, that proved essential for planning at all levels and enabled the squadron and adjacent supporting units to have a real-time picture of aircraft availability and aircraft maintenance providing fluid transfer of information between the FOB and Al Asad Airbase significantly reducing the time required to pass critical maintenance information.Troubleshot a variety of hardware and software component issues, networking problems and desktop and laptop repairs.
