    I am responsible for managing and exploiting all of MSI's film assets, which include the films Antarctica and SolarMax. I'm also responsible for Customer Experience and Service Recovery in a high attendance facility. In addition, I manage the Call Center, Sales, Guest Admissions, Group Center, OMNIMAX, and Project Management at MSI. At the OMNIMAX, I select the films and negotiates the film distribution agreements. I was able to reduce film related costs to MSI by working vigorously to reduce film print costs and create reduced license fees for museum members. I was a key stakeholder and driver of the initiative to replace the online and kiosk ticket sales system. I also was the principle project manager of the Group Center plan to handle arrivals during the 6 month construction and renovation of the of the West Lot. MSI's operational Project Manger reports to me and has been succesfull in implementing several projects which have been on hold for years. I have been instrumental in using and applying technology in creative ways to further the goals of the museum.
