As of 2015, I am the Southeast Regional lead, managing AT&T's tower structural reinforcement program in AL, MS, LA, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, KY, and PR. As the most expensive activity of site acquisition (real estate acquisition), tower reinforcements provide my team with an opportunity to create value, by optimizing the complex financial, engineering, jurisdictional, and logistical challenges that make a robust build plan possible. Also, as part of AT&T's site acquisition organization, in 2014 I supported the AL, MS, LA, FL, and PR markets by interfacing with our national site acquisition strategy team, reviewing our capital budget, and helping our markets develop site by site lease negotiation strategies. From mid-2012 until the beginning of 2014, I managed Cell On Light Trucks (COLT) and Cell On Wheels (COW) deployment projects for AT&T Wireless's Alabama and Mississippi markets. I had end to end responsibility for ensuring the success of these high value, high profile, brand affecting deployments in highly recognizable venues, such as SEC football games (AU, UA, MSU, Ole Miss), NASCAR races (Talladega Superspeedway), PGA Golf tournaments (Shoal Creek and Fallen Oaks), festivals (Mobile Mardi Gras and Neshoba County Fair) to name a few. In wireline, I worked on a number of then cutting edge initiatives beginning with DSL during the transition from dial up to broadband and later on Project Lightspeed - AT&T's initiative to bring U-verse to major metropolitan areas across the US.
