My objective here is to be part of the solution and no longer part of the problem. Concentrating on returning to good health practices through awareness of my environment. Vermont, is now the first state to pass a law on mandatory GMO labeling. We must be conscious of this responsibility and take action, however small, in our own states here or countries elsewhere. Let us, together, create a community that wants everyone to thrive, to be healthy, and to be happy. We must make corporations respond to our needs and requirements as living, sentient beings because -- Corporations are NOT PEOPLE. So, let us, together, Be The Solution we want to see in the world.

I enjoy travel but I don't always feel safe drinking the water in some places. Actually, even here in the USA, I don't feel I can drink water in some places with all the fluorides, pesticides, herbicides, medications, fertilizers, tranquilizers, GMO's, etc., etc., etc. We are our own cause and must ask ourselves what can we do for ourselves. Be aware! Be informed! Be supportive of the few companies that will only manufacture the best, non-toxic and completely safe organic products. With Puritii, I would feel safe to drink water from the Yangtze River in China or the Ganges River in India, or the Rio Grande in Texas. Very important to me as well is not contributing to pollution with non-reusable plastic water bottles. Be safe anywhere and drink only the 'pure juice of life' -- Water by Puritii.

I went from approximately 165/170 to 245/250 lbs within about 20 years. I guess, like many, I wasn't meant to work at a sedentary 9-5 for so many years. Retirement (from that) has given me a new lease on life. Management of my own time has given me my life back. Opportunities are more evident and accessible to me. I like my life much better now. If you are seriously overweight -- it could be your job. You may want to start planning your back-up now. This new generation is already ahead of the game; -- so energized -- so on target -- and taking advantage of today's opportunities. But we, the baby boomers, still have a lot to offer and discover as well. Life is Good.
