I lead a very important team of QAs helping Amazon with one of their biggest change management plan in the history of Customer Service. I cannot reveal the details due to confidentiality but all I can tell you is that Amazon WWCS teams are involved on this massive change on the way agents listen, match problems with solutions and solve customer problems, this project changes everything and we are in the eye of the storm.
