Co-supervised two teams of twelve young adults each year.Year round support of Team members as they serviced in their retreat evangelistic efforts, which included prayer, guidance and continued faith formation. Assisted in recruiting team members, program materials development, and training of team members for their evangelization efforts of the youth and young adults on retreat.

Successfully expanded one restaurant over a five year period to included three locations; one full service and two single service restaurants.Developed and implemented all areas of operational and administrative policies and procedures, which includes product, service, marketing, financial and accounting systems, human resources and management styles.Planned designed and constructed restaurant facilities.
