MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:_Helped articulate, construct and approve IT Stategic Plan 2017-19, combining technological evolution perspectives and business areas challenges into an integrated Digital Business Strategy_Helped construct the business case for the emancipation of the IT area from a Directory under VP of Finance to a full VP status directly under the CEO_Designed and deployed a collaborative open space forum - the Digital Transformation Hub, that promoted discussion, articulation and collaborative design of digital initiatives and projects spanning different business areas. It spawned major projects for BRF, including the new commercial and ecommerce platforms, and a new customer service design._Helped organize and run two Hackathons with IBM (the future of the business) and Microsoft (improving Agro and Supply operations), yielding prototypes that were further developed at BRF. _Helped construct and deploy a Digital Garage setup, with the scope of prototyping innovative digital solutions for business challenges using lean and agile development, with three projects reaching approval to develop in it's first 4 months._Acted as an Innovation Evangelist on major projects for digital transformation, including development of Salesforce commercial platform, new digital commerce services/experience, AI platform for taxes, and product/process digital traceability.
