Plasma coating repair process on aircraft engine parts.- To permanently install the process and to make sure to respect the criteria imposed by the OEMs by means of a workshop including a plasma machine and a sandblasting machine both robotized.- Ensure compliance of the processes by inspecting the criteria imposed in the laboratory.- Operator training to production as well as equipment maintenance.

Former Pratt & Whitney Belgium Engine Center, BEC is a Center for repair and overhaul of F100 engines ( F-15/16, multirole fighter aircrafts)In Engineering department :- Pass technical instructions from customers into working instructions- Design of new tools, toolings- Program milling , turning, waterjet stripping (Sinumerik, Philips, ABB)- Treatment of non compliant products - Solve the problems of the production (mainly machining and sheet metal working department)- Contact with several suppliers for tools, tooling systems, machines- Follow the recruitment and training of new mill and turn operators - Studying integration, retrofit and replacement of machine tools.
