While with COMDOC, I was in charge of the Savannah IT service market and internal corporate network administration. During my tenure, COMDOC upgraded several internal sub-systems and their base architecture to a new VoIP deployment with my expertise as well as restructured their financial and service dispatch systems. These projects also helped increase my project management skills and internal communication skills.In my field service role, I was the primary resource responsible for the Savannah, GA area and its surroundings for client IT support in both Windows and Linux environments as well as the Prescribe generation resource for the COMDOC corporate entity.
