Q4 Lacrosse specializes in lacrosse training for youth, high school, and college lacrosse players. Our training combines fundamental skill training, high level positional training, and lacrosse specific performance training to develop complete athletes. Through Year 3, we have worked with over 2500 lacrosse athletes in our training and events. In 2020, we started our first event, the Iron 44 Combine, to provide a unique experience while showcasing top athletes in the sport. This event has grown into the National Lacrosse Combine, with players from 25+ states, as well as Regional Combines throughout the Year in various parts of the country. Since the Combine started, we have started events such as the Elite Exposure Showcase, Garden State Cup, and Summer Prime.In Spring 2023, Q4 Lacrosse partnered with Morris Sussex Sports to broadcast the first High School Game of the Week series of top high school lacrosse matchups across New Jersey. Featuring 10 games, coverage includes livestream, play-by-play and color commentary, Player of the Game awards, highlights, social media coverage, and game write-ups.

Develop and direct sports performance services for high school, youth, and local markets, in-house sports performance programming, plan and manage grassroots marketing efforts, manage social media accounts, develop and promote client enrollment, build program registration process, finalize program costs and budgets, direct weekly sales and marketing meetings with owners and employees, manage staffing and operational plans for events and programs, and develop strategic partnerships with local youth and club programs, coaches, and event groups.

Assist in all areas of the men’s lacrosse program including practice and game planning, student-athlete development, analysis of film and more. Responsible for arranging team meals on campus and for away games, scheduling practice times at opponent’s facilities, and arranging space for team meetings.
