Yandex Go is the largest multifunctional app on CIS market that provide ride-hailing, food delivery, and other services for 49M users.As part of the taxi pickup experience team, I brought the taxi service to significant improvements:— Delivered change pickup place feature, including pro-active entry points, resulting drivers arrive closer to passengers, waiting time decreased in 66% of trips— Designed new onboarding experience, which increased conversion to registration by 15%Besides working on the main product:— Maintained the graphic library and design system modules, ensuring consistency and efficiency— Created guidelines and easy-to-use constructors for managers and communication team— Mentored the new designers on the team

Determined the transition from unique crafted pages to a component-based structure;— Working within the ATMs team of one of the largest banks in Russia, I delivered the new look and experience for non-cash user scenarios: statements, opening an account, deposit, and insurance products;Developed internal design team (100+ designers):— Maintained high quality contributions on Dribbble: conducted reviews, ran the monthly digest;— Reduced the rejection rate of designers on project interviews by organizing a portfolio review process;— Conducted mentoring sessions for junior designers on improving hard and soft skills.

Led the design vision for the all things crypto ecosystem with 3 products (top2 dApp on Waves blockchain).— Developed the product from MVP to a significant part of the Waves ecosystem, growing MAU by 6x;— Defined the direction of product development through hypotheses based on market and competitor analysis;— Set up a usability testing process using Maze and quick polls in community chats;— Improved the quality and efficiency of the team by mentoring designers and task management.
