Led communication with stakeholders to support understanding, the development of the utility corporate vision, mission, and values, including developing a new corporate brand to the utility.5. Monitored, evaluated and reviewed existing processes and procedures and new initiatives to identify the Organizational Development process for the Urban Water Supply agency in Taraba State and reducing the number of staff by 30% and the number of departments from a 9 departments utility to a nimbler 6 department utility.6. Supported the Performance Improvement Planning of the utility leading to several positive results including reduction of non-revenue water from 98% to 72% within two years, improvement in water production, improvement in monitoring and evaluation (non-existent at start of program), Improvement in water quality and many more.7. Supported the construction of 16 km pipe network, leading to the addition of 1000 new customers, installing an automatic chlorine dosing station, and introducing the utility to pre-paid meters, which was acceptable to both the utility and their customer.8. Successfully coordinated the development and signing of an MoU between USAID and Taraba State.

1. Successfully developed and won a USD 65 million USAID E-WASH project known as the first USAID WASH funded project in Nigeria.2. Responsible for operating human resource function, building up a consortium of organizations, identifying the key organization, people and visiting sites that supported the development of innovative ideas in a collaborative manner leading to RTI winning the bid.

1. Analyzed data, reviewed all policies, legal and institutional instruments on Urban WASH for Bauchi and Kaduna in connection to understanding the role of CSOs within such legal documents.2. Reviewed the 2014 CSO Sustainability Index report, used the existing PACT Organizational Performance Index (OPI) tool, conducted the mapping of CSOs activities in each State, and identified potential CSOs that can be used for WASH engagement within Kaduna and Bauchi State3. Developed the report which included a series of recommendations on how the landscape of existing CSOs and NGOs could be strengthened, and how, to undertake a greater role in advocacy for equity and sustainability in urban WASH service provision and toward a goal of increased transparency and accountability in the sector.

Jos, Plateau, Nigeria

1. Developed a National Community Mobilization guideline at LGA level while also provide leadership and support supervising five (5) Junior Community Management Non-Key Experts that were deployed to each of the other 5 LGAs in the 3 States. 2. Oversaw the program strategy and implementation as it relates to community outreach and partnership development and ensured that WSSSRP III was delivering quality programming to communities across its Local Government areas.3. Facilitated the establishment and institutionalization of the apex body of WCAs at the State level. 4. Developed a community management strategy and guideline for the use of State/LGAs and non-state community mobilizers that influenced local participation and sustainability of water supply and sanitation projects in the small towns in the 3 participating States.5. Built capacity of the State/LGAs and non-state actors (CSOs and private sector) in community management processes.6. Facilitated the formation, establishment, and strengthening of community-based institutions, Water Consumer Associations (WCAs) that will coordinate the activities of all stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector in the selected small towns as part of the sustainability strategy.

1. Included the provision of essential data to inform the design of key components of the Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) and Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) response program. 2. Supported the design, implementation, and oversight of programs related to Social and Behaviour Change Communication, Countering Violent Extremism, Peacebuilding, Media for Social Change, applied research, Youth Engagement, and Governance programming.3. Developed the instruments for the collection of data in crisis areas of the Northeast states of Adamawa and Borno State.

1. Carried out research on the impact of Local Government activities in Kaduna, Kano, and Jigawa States as it affects the non-systematic and abrupt transfer of trained and skilled staff between LGAs (or from LGA to other Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, MDAs).2. Developed a mixed report of analysis and recommendation in support of future proposal development and replication and expansion of the project.3. Supported the research for the technical evaluation of the M4D project and its impact on the target States, LGAs, Communities, and individuals.

1. Facilitated the establishment of protocols for implementing the WASH component of the ECHO funded project in Adamawa, Gombe and Borno States (Emergency Response protocols).2. Supported the development of a Standard operating procedure for implementing Hygiene Promotion within the ECHO Project.3. Supported the Humanitarian Response team on any other WASH issue including procurement of water supply materials, engagement of contractors for the repair/rehabilitation of selected water points situated within or near Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps.

1. Carried out an M&E assessment of Ekiti State in support of the reform program of the EU. 2. Made a presentation of the detail of the assessment to key actors within Ekiti State Government and other actors including UNICEF, and WaterAid3. 1. Led the development of 18 Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) within six LGAs on Water maintenance, Economic Growth (Markets, Motor-parks, and Abattoirs), Health (PHCs) and Education (Primary Schools). 2. Facilitated the implementation of all the water supply improvement plans within the six-targeted LGAs and thus improved the access of more than 20,000 beneficiaries.3. Supported the development of Water and Sanitation Policy, through a systemic and highly participatory approach of a mixture of State and Local Government participants with the presence of CSO and Private Business citizens. 4. Facilitated the domestication of Environmental Sanitation Policy, through a systemic and highly participatory approach of a mixture of State Government participants with the presence of CSO been part of the Domestication Drafting Committee.5. Facilitated a capacity building activity in collaboration with the National Water Resources Institute, built the capacity of key managers of the water supply sector at the Local and State level of Sokoto State on the maintenance of water.6. Successfully collaborated with other USG projects to adopt the SIP methodology including Targeted State Health Impact Project (TSHIP) and Northern Education Initiative (NEI) who adopted this as their service delivery improvement process.7. Attracted an additional $300K to sustain and replicate the SIP approach for water maintenance from USAID.8. Capacity building of National Water Resources Institute in the water supply sector at the Local and State level of Sokoto State on maintenance of water. 9. Coordinated and supported the capacity building of a service delivery committee made up of key LGA staff in the water, education, health and works departments with selected community members from each of the Ward development Committee (WDC) in the repair and maintenance of WSS.

Provided technical support to CSO network in the implementation of WaterAid programs in Plateau State and supported the CSO partner to liaise/coordinate with and between all bodies and institutions involved in WaterAid programs and activities. 2. Engaged with and built the capacity of the CSO network on improved sector planning, coordination and monitoring of project activities at State, LGA, and community levels. 3. Provided technical support to the CSO network to build a resource pool of trained personnel in CLTS, hygiene promotion, appropriate technology at all levels. 4. Supported budget preparation and monitoring process for the CSO and LGA partners, ensuring funds are appropriately utilized according to the budget and what obtains value for money. 5. Provided technical support to the CSO network in the State to support the development, review of WASH local Development Plan (LDP)/Investment plan of the State and participating LGAs in terms of sufficiency to accelerate water, sanitation, and hygiene coverage within the State.

1. Contributed to the Country Programme Strategy in the following key areas; 124,000 Water and sanitation beneficiaries within 30 communities and 7 LGAs in Plateau State. 2. Facilitated the development of three WaterAid-funded Local Development plans and twelve State Government-funded Local development plans as the planning tool for the Local Millennium Development Goals Initiatives (LMDGi). 3. Managed a total of $13,017,710.00 made up of the following, UNILEVER $ 20,018.90.00 WaterAid/UNICEF/DFID $ 1,259,050.00, UN - Habitat2 (Water for African Cities 2, WAC II) $ 740,000.00 and EC-NSA $ 1,628,165.64.00. 4. Participated in the pioneer CLTS Facilitators training of trainers organized by DFID, UNICEF, WaterAid and the Nigerian Government in 2008.5. Facilitated the implementation of all activities from inception, planning to implementation, also taking on the role of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Project Manager for activities.6. Supported the CSO partners in recruiting key staff using international accepted WaterAid format and methods to ensure that the right staff is hired.7.
