I started growing social media accounts for fun when I was 13. I had a Twitter account with 12k followers from creating content about the entertainment industry. I also grew a big following on my Tumblr, where I used to create social media icons, headers, and backgrounds at people’s requests. That’s when I knew I wanted to pursue a career with creativity and media involved. I am a problem solver, and I like to exceed expectations. I grew up with technology, taught myself how to use Photoshop at a young age, and kept expanding to the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs. As I grew older I started my Bachelor's in Communication Studies. I chose this field since communication is the key to everything! I learned how to research and analyze information and how to clearly communicate topics through writing and speaking. I also discovered my passion for photography and expanded my knowledge in graphic design. And I soon realized that great graphic design comes hand in hand with marketing. I also realized that if I could not only create and design a brand from scratch, and also do its marketing and communications, I could be the full package! Capilano University gave me the option to do a minor in Business Administration, and I chose to specialize it in Marketing.I have over three years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design and communications. I have an eye for detail, I love using colour, and I have a minimalist design aesthetic. I am always looking for ways to learn, get inspired, and improve. I am an extrovert who loves meeting people and I can’t wait to be your next communications/marketing pro!
