CurrentSenior Service Designer leading the implementation of user-centered research methodological framework with a strategic mindset for digital transformation in diverse industries such as Financial & Insurance, and Professional Services, Telecommunication, Health & Pharma, and Mass Consumption. Key achievements:>> Leading strategic research activities within agile AI-powered digital product development projects.>> Planning, designing, and implementating qualitative research instruments (and some quantitative too) such as user/customer journey mapping, mindsets & behavioural persona profile, service blueprint, ethnography in-depth interviews, discoveries, surveys, Kano Model, usability testing, card sorting, etc.>> Systematization of research processes: recruitment, customer base and data management, knowledge management, and insights processing. >> Definition of hypotheses, construction of research guidelines and instruments, synthesis of results and insights. >> Delivery of research results and discoveries in reports, infographics, and concepts.>> Facilitation of ideation workshops and prioritization of initiatives for the development of new functionalities both with internal and stakeholders’ teams.>> Collaborative work with diverse roles and agile pods turning inputs into actionable strategies and designs working closely with process owners, product owners, and decision-makers.
