I am a seasoned professional with a career-long record of strategic planning and educational leadership experience, and a passion for elevating efforts related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. I am a leader who has a honed aptitude for the creation and development of programs from inception to execution, evaluation and continuous improvement. My professional focus points include relationship management, team leadership and collaboration, stakeholder engagement, needs assessments, targeted capacity building, culture shifts, program development, cultural education, and project management. Delivering superior performance on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to support efficiency and maximum success. My vocational focus is on engaging in the critical, if sometimes uncomfortable, conversations that are necessary to push innovation and engagement for the greater good. Under my leadership, we developed the strategies and support tools to address the needs, interests and goals of the communities we served. As an Executive Director, I coordinated and facilitated trainings in the Pacific Northwest and beyond and partnered with regional, state, and local communities to assess and address outstanding needs.
