I built Limelight from the ground up. Starting as a performing arts studio with 3 classrooms, I later expanded into a fully operational, inclusive children’s theater. Managing multiple employees and all business operations. I was in charge of all accounts, payroll, marketing, branding, customer service, budgets, licensing, and day to day logistics. I also taught classes and directed shows. After 3 years of success, I sold Limelight in order to relocate.

Maintained a great learning environment in the absence of a teacher. With great classroom management, I approached each assignment with the courtesy and detail to provide continued education. This position required following directions, being a team player, keeping control during stressful moments, and progressing kids along despite the absence of their teacher. This requires time management and adjusting as needed.

Beebe, Ar

I helped open the Anytime Fitness in Beebe, reaching about 1000 members in the first year. The Anytime Fitness business model depends on a small, motivated, and well-versed staff. As a manager, you are responsible for the day to day operations of a 24-hour facility. Membership recruitment is fueled by great customer service to existing members, health and wellness marketing campaigns, advertising, driving the brand, sales campaigns, and facility amenities. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I extend an amazing experience for customers depending on the accountability and goals supplied by a trainer. This experience is an upgrade to the membership and depends solely on the ability of the trainer to connect with the client and achieve personal and physical results.

Capaa is an amazing treasure found in Cabot, AR. It is a teaching children's theater for school aged children. In addition to teaching all the dance classes, I am the lead choreographer for the licensed shows the theater puts on for the Central Arkansas community. Working together with other instructors to ensure an amazing show and teaching multiple facets of Musical Theater and dance to children engulfed in the performing arts. Teaching the audition process, professionalism, and working together. Capaa is a non-profit organization that relies on it's staff and the community to ensure program maintenance through marketing, advertising, membership recruitment, fundraising, and amazing customer service.

Kyllburg, Germany

I started Firecracker Fitness while living in Germany as a military spouse and attempting to be a full-time mom. Taking my love of fitness and helping others, my goal was to provide a service similar to personal training, but with a price point that appealed to the average income of a military member and/or spouse. I created the concept of small group personal training in an intimate setting using functional training. While responsibly following German Business laws, built and branded a facility to accommodate 4 clients at a time. Doing all of the marketing and advertising myself via word of mouth and social media. During the entire duration of this venture, every program and session I offered, stayed full and maintained waiting lists. I mentored several new trainers and allowed goal oriented individuals to shadow me and have since gone on to have successful training businesses/contracts of their own.

Spangdahlem Afb, Germany

Upon moving to Germany, I obtained this contracted position on a military installation. I grew the program from about 60 to over 300 within the first 6 months. I achieved this with great service, schedule, social media advertising, customer correspondence, recruiting, attending community relations events, and connecting with the children and families. Military families have to endure change from all aspects of their life. Creating a program that remained a consistent and progressive, kept these families happy and focused on each day, during times of deployment, uncertainty, and stress.

Sacramento, California Area

I produced and studio directed multiple live broadcasts including nightly news and sports, a weekly news magazine show of community events, homework hotline help, and live local sporting events. I was also in charge of the production studio for hire. We produced fitness videos, how-to Art videos, cooking shows, advertising commercials, and religious based videos for mass distribution. Many of our adventures were on location with a small staff. I often found myself running audio/visual cable and manning a camera.
