Investment In Families Coordinator
Current▪ IIF Coordinator for the Steelcase Foundation’s $10 million, 10-year Investment in Families Initiative, serving as a coach, systems navigator, and strategic thought partner to a cohort of 30 Black and Latina mothers in the initiative, facilitating their self-determined goals. ▪Prior to 2024, Empower Career Coach at Women's Resource Center, assisting Women’s Resource Center’s participants with navigating program services, needs-related resource connections, and advancement or entry into employment. ▪Responsible for assisting women from all walks of life, including economically disadvantaged women, single mothers, and others in transition, to secure and retain employment. ▪Coaching services are provided within a gender-responsive and racial equity framework. ▪ Representative for Women's Resource Center within the community through the Employment Services Collaborative, a United Way initiative consisting of an eight organization collaboration using the Human Centered Design model.
