Gina graduated with a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University, and a Paralegal Certification from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Knowledge in both California & Nevada Practices and Procedures.Gina is a Certified Fraud Examiner and CPA Candidate. Gina's passion is Forensic Accounting, Fraud Investigations for white collar/financial crime, and Insurance fraud. Gina began her career as a Paralegal at Glaspy & Glaspy and has extensive experience handlingConstruction Defect, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, and Complex Civil Litigation cases. Gina also helped manage a major client with the collection of their additional insured defense costs, where insurance carriers participate in the defense. Gina collected about 4 million dollars in defense fees and costs for AI collection for major developer. Gina also has extensive experience in insurance claims as a Claims Examiner for (Property & Casualty, Workers' Compensation, and Personal & Commercial Auto). Gina is currently the Vice President for the Golden State Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and Active Member of the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators. Gina is passionate about community service Auburn, Placer Land Trust, Pacific Crest Trail Association, and anything outdoors.
