I am responsible for a multitude of duties, including coordination of all activities associated within the Clinical Education and Human Resources Departments, onboarding of new hires and clinical instruction of Basic Life Support classes. I am a liason between upper management and staff, and I am the on-site administrator for several of the organization's online programs, including SharePoint and Elsevier Online Clinical Learning. I am also a Basic Life Support instructor for all clinical staff.

At this position I was able to use my excellent customer service and organizational skills, as I was in charge of checking in over 50+ patients a day, with the collection of each individual's personal, medical and insurance information. I was also responsible for the coordination of physician's schedules and required to maintain patient flow throughout the day. I was able to expand my skills with EMR software as I was utilizing programs to manage patient records and files.

During my time with this company, I performed various tasks, ranging from data entry, commission reconciliation, scheduling travel arrangements and handling accounts payable and receivable.
