Providing resources, funding, opportunities, and support to rescues and shelters in Georgia and South Carolina with the goal of decreasing the number of animals entering shelters and increasing the number of lives saved.

I was responsible for assisting patients with applications for social support services and for all follow-up on their cases. I managed our intake and enrollment staff; including hiring, training, and performance reviews. I tracked patient data for clinic improvement purposes as well as to assist with grant reporting. Organized and attended outreach events, held meetings with community partners, and improved our client referral process.

Greeting and checking in patients; answering phone calls, responding to faxes and emails; building positive relationships with patients; properly handling confidential medical information; managing the medical records department; editing and submitting insurance claims; maintaining social media accounts; administering any in-office tests necessary such as EKGs, spirometry, x-rays, strep, mono, hCG, and urinalysis.
