I was employed in August 1990 as a member of Customer Services and was promoted within the year to Training Manager. In this role, I was responsible for training all branch staff, including new employees' six-week training programs. This training encompassed in-house data programs, medical terminology, and up-to-date knowledge of all new insurance schemes, procedures, and treatments.

Initially joined NatWest as a branch cashier & computer operator. Fast tracked on to the Manager Development Programme before promotion on to the Training & Sales Team responsible for sales targets throughout West End branches alongside training bank staff on current products and customer service skills.
