I have had the privilege of being an integral part of the City of Pittsburgh's City Controller's Office for over 15 years. I have dedicated 15 years of service as an Executive Assistant/Personnel Director to the City Controller.Throughout my tenure, I have honed my skills in office administration, communication, and human resources, making me proficient in managing a wide array of tasks efficiently. My experiences also includes spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace culture that maximizes the potential of every team member. I have actively contributed to implementing strategies that promote transparency and efficiency, aligning with the values of the City of Pittsburgh. One of my proudest achievements has been my role in reshaping our change management practices, enabling our organization to adapt effectively to evolving challenges and opportunities.
