And, we’ve designed our products and services to meet the needs of these growing organizations across the greater Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin areas.Driven to innovate, with more than 30 years of banking experience, I have implemented and overseen change management across traditional and online banking services and product lines. I have participated in several successful acquisitions, integrations, and expansions that included key operations and technology conversions at a $2 billion Twin Cities bank.I believe that innovation begins with collaboration with clients, industry experts, teams and business partners.
