Assisted Recruiters and Hiring Managers in scheduling all day interviews on-site at Genentech. Worked with local hotels & transportation companies to secure rooms & travel for candidates coming to town.

Onsite manager for Pharmaceutical client. Recruited high volume of associates, and managed employees while on assignment.

Supported up to 8 Corporate Recruiters: Processed high volume of offer letters, and worked with Relocation & Immigration to get candidates on-board.

Directly out of college I pretty much managed the HR department at this company. I was the only HR contact for all 300 employees throughout the state of California. I did sourcing, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations....etc. You name it, I was involved in it!
