Originally from good ole Minnesota, I moved to Arizona in 2007 (thanks to the weather channel) and graduated from Arizona State University. I jumped at an opportunity to challenge myself in a management position and have continued that journey ever since. Working in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 10 years I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in regards to customer service, communication skills, and a positive team mentality, along with food and beverage service specifics. I've learned the importance of collaboration, communication, organization, motivation, and time management. I have also excelled at keeping and open mind and using every day as a new learning experience. Now I am seeking a new direction to challenge myself in a new way.
