I enjoy my work as a Fiserv DNA Core Application and Operations Specialist. The challenge and satisfaction of building, supporting, and enhancing a core that serves my coworkers and members is greatly rewarding. Helping end-users understand and utilize their core and connecting vendor programs gives me great pride.Starting as a Bank Teller at Woodforest National Bank in 2008, I was hired onto General Electric Credit Union as a Teller at the main branch. Within the first year I became the Office Assistant for the Director of Lending Services. I learn everything it took to run the loan side of the credit union. In 2017, the credit union converted to the Fiserv DNA Core. I assisted with Loans for the conversion and was recruited in early 2018 to join the start of our Application Support Department. I am now an experienced member of a team built over the past 6 years.I am skilled in researching, testing, recommending, and installing upgrades, enhancements, and custom solutions. I have a thorough knowledge of the configuration and function of data, tables, jobs, and core logic that drive DNA. I am known for being organized and detailed, aiding to the retention of valuable archives of DNA and GECU technical information and history.
