This included trust business brought in through the Merrill Lynch Trust Company channel as well as the U.S. Trust Company channel. Assisted sales force with explaining services, processes and advantages of working with MLTC to attorneys, clients and financial advisors. Routinely chosen by senior managers to speak on national calls on matters ranging from a trustee’s duty to report to beneficiaries to the advantages of using the Delaware Trust Company. Chosen to spearhead project that involved reviewing international business to determine whether trusts are foreign or domestic, what special challenges are involved in administering international relationships and reporting back to senior management on findings. Built a reputation as the “go to” person for questions from other Regional Fiduciary Officers as well as salespeople and Trust Officers.
