I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in CBT. I offer onlne sessions.As an integrative counsellor, my approach incorporates humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT modalities, which are tailored to a client's individual needs. In our work together I hope to give a new understanding and practical tools which will serve you in the future.I believe that the most important aspect of counselling is a strong therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. I aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, which allows you to challenge established ways of thinking and being. Working collaboratively I aim to help you evaluate your needs to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to make empowered choices.From my previous experience in the world of media and the creative industries I understand the pressures on the individual in the workplace and home, and the impact it can have.
