Plan tactical medical training operations for combat medics (68W) to ensure functionality as a Ground Ambulance Company. Lead and develop soldiers as both soldiers/leaders in the Army and as civilians.

Accurately collected data for over 10 (200+ participants), First-In-Human, Phase I and II clinical pharmacological studies. Methods of data collection included: blood collection, EKGs, Holter extractions, vitals (both stationary and orthostatic), meals, and administering questionnaires.

Assisted in implementing scribe programs at Banner Desert Emergency Department in Mesa, AZ and St. Anne's Emergency Department in Burien, WA. Created an 8-day training program that optimized new scribe training and helped better prepare them to work independently. Worked with multiple physicians to create a Physician's Preference document.
