- Provide specialist advisory and operational support to Bloomberg Professional sales force globally. - Currently responsible to manage sales teams for New York clients and various major banks- Key contact for escalated client projects and complex unresolved issues- Coordinate monthly customer visits to address client concerns and focus on promoting customer advocacy

- Work closely in coordination with the COO and chief of staff to help execute the organization’s operational goals- Help drive key strategic initiatives, and participate in strategic development - Lead operational projects and support the COO’s work with the Senior Management Team - Manage the COO's and Chief of Staff's daily time, correspondence, and travel to ensure that the they are focused on tasks that service key operational priorities for the organization.

- Escalations within Bloomberg Operations, support Bloomberg terminal sales teams globally (Eastern Canada, various major banks, Southern US, Mid-Atlantic US, and NY Buyside clients) - Take ownership of escalated customers' issues and bringing them to resolution- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and interface with all internal operational departments to address customers requests and projects while supporting company initiatives- Analyze trends in client disputes to identify problem areas and propose viable solutions to improve internal global processes - Project coordinator charged with executing the completion multiple initiatives within the CAMS business plan for 2011 and 2012 - Assist in the hiring of new CAMS team members by partaking in the screening, interviewing, and selection process of candidates worldwide - Coordinate monthly customer visits to address concerns, objections, and focus on promoting customer advocacy
