Responsibilities included: - Working with management in creation and optimization of testing procedures - Creation and upkeep for documentation of those procedures- Managing and assigning tasks for the team (which included original assessments of feasibility, testing the title for conflicts with the emulator, regression and validation of issues in comparison with the 360 version, through to final launch checks the day or release on a team that worked on about 25 titles a week.- Teaching new employees all of the different procedures and testing tools we used for both the Xbox one and 360.
