Identify, analyze, initiate, and pursue a resolution to a billing or insurance error. Coordinate closely with all internal departments to resolve highly escalated issues.Manage revenue for specialty pharmacy via weekly analytic work.

Manage staff of 30. Help maintain daily operations including processes, daily production reports, and metrics. Coordinate daily work flow, address staff concerns, and facilitate weekly meetings. Assist in internal and external interviews for available positions within the department. Also provide new team members with training and materials updated and maintained accordingly. Regularly monitor metric data as well as quality assurance to provide constructive feedback and achieve the desired objective. Handle escalated calls and issues. Assist with development and testing of new system enhancements.
