Human Resources, Recruiting, and the Staffing Industry as a whole have been my passion for the last two decades with a strong interaction in Alternative Energy, Life Science, Social Media, and Information Technology. In 2011, due to my interaction in Alternative Energy, I was asked to be the spokesperson for Recruiting for Solar Power International; www.SolarMeansBusiness.com, Since then, each year Austin Staffing, Inc has made the Top 25 List for Staffing Firms by the Austin Business Journal as well as the Top 10 for Contingency Staffing. Our growth has been phenomenal these last few years, and I have an excellent team to back me. I look forward to expanding to other cities in Texas these next two years, such as Dallas and Houston, and just really being a positive mark on the Staffing Industry.

Was contracted directly by the President to developed this staffing firm from start up operations. Hired and trained internal staffing on operations, implemented software and ATS, set up all Human Resource compliance programs, and developed a sales team.Positioned P&L for positive growth. Grew company from 5 to over 700 external employees in 1 1/2 years.

In 1994, a start up in Southern California, within 6 months my first commercial office and grew beyond expectations. TSI offered staffing throughout the entire state of California, and averaged over 1000 employees a year.
