Gina DiSanto is a Top finisher in Obstacle course racing and a Masters winner in many 5k runs. She is an I.S.S.A Certified Personal trainer, Spartan SGX Coach, S.C.W Sports Nutritionist and a Group Fitness Instructor. She is an Italian mother of 2 and has a great enthusiasm for Life, Fitness and Nutrition. Gina's career in the fitness industry started 18 years ago when she was teaching aerobics in Germany. She fell in love with the teaching and fitness. She then moved to Florida and volunteered, at the YMCA as an instructor. Her appreciation for fitness continued to evolved. Shortly after this, she owned her own fitness club. Through the years she has accumulated many Nationally recognized certifications; Pilates, Step, Kickboxing, Spin, Yoga, Zumba, Kettle bell, TRX and she has a brown belt in Karate.Coming from an Italian family, food was and is a major part of Gina's family. Watching her Mother in constant pain and suffering from a variety of medical conditions due to poor diet and lack of exercise, made her realize her life had to change. She wanted to be healthy and physically fit as an adult and a Mother. She is a product of the continuously educating herself in the latest information of Health and Fitness. Her knowledge is put into action with her Clients ages (8-76) years old.Gina's goal is not to let age or life's disappointments define you as a person. She wants to encourage people to take on Life's obstacles and reach for the best inside of every person. Lets tackle the trail together.
