Ran Spotify's house brand podcast studio, with a slate that included Dissect, Infamous, LOUD: The History of Reggaeton, We Said What We Said with Rickey and Denzel, The Bridge: 50 Years of Hip Hop, Nosy Neighbors, Complex Subject, Bandsplain, Abolition X, and Can We Be Friends?Managed a team of 16 executives and producers and worked with various stakeholders to develop, acquire, greenlight, produce, market and distribute a slate of podcasts leaning into Spotify's brand equity.

Call Your Girlfriend is a playful take on the week's news, hosted by long-distance best friends Ann Friedman (NY Mag, Columbia Journalism Review) and Aminatou Sow (Tech Lady Mafia, Forbes 30 under 30). For its entire run, I produced and edited the show, picked music, and troubleshot the technical stuff. Call Your Girlfriend has been featured by iTunes among the 'Best of 2015' and 'Best of 2016,' with shoutouts in many other publications including BuzzFeed, The Guardian and Entertainment Weekly's 'Must List.'

I produced Jason Calacanis's twice-weekly podcast, This Week in Startups (TWiST). From interviews with VCs and angel investors, to fielding questions from founders, the show is a personal and entertaining look at the world of tech and entrepreneurship. Grew Twitter audience 32% to 9k followers (organic). Cultivated relationships with key industry leaders to improve consistency and quality of guests, and develop new initiatives. Anchored a stage at the 2014 LAUNCH Festival and conducted behind-the-scenes interviews with keynote speakers, including Mark Cuban, Yves Behar and Tim Draper. Hats I wore: chief booker, stopwatch runner, researcher, puller of clips, writer, skeptic.

I booked guests and produced segments for KPCC's live shows and magazines. (AirTalk with Larry Mantle, FilmWeek, The Madeleine Brand Show and Patt Morrison). In August 2012, I traveled to Tampa with Larry and the AirTalk team to cover the Republican National Convention.
