Currently managing the entire HR function for a private equity acquisition of a workforce of 210 employees in 10 states with warehousing operations in CA, NJ, and IL reporting to the President and CEO. I began prior to the close as the liaison between the equity firm and the divesting company (Pitney Bowes, Inc.) to set up the local HR function from the health care and 401(k) plan design, payroll conversion and implementation to benefit enrollment and start up. Responsible for the employee life-cycle, all healthcare, disability, and payroll, employee relations, policy development and administration, and all compliance issues, including a recently completed multi-office consolidation and a reduction in force.

Initially hired in as the city HR Manager for the Chicago area in their Management Services division supervising a staff of 7 and supporting 800 employees and 65 managers.
