I led the HR Global category team supporting employees from onboarding throughout the employee life-cycle. Our services include Global Mobility/Relocation, On SiteServices (medical centers, childcare centers, fitness centers) Wellness and Health Screening, Reward and Recognition, and Outplacement programs.* I created Citi's HR Procurement System, centralizing and streamlining processes across divisions,using in-house technologies.* I led a global team for the first-ever Citi Global Relocation (employees) Master Services Agreement (MSA) for North America, Europe, and Asia. The first services under procurement management were Child Care, Fitness Centers, and Outplacement Services. • At the same time, I managed the Legal Category; E-Discovery, Reprographics, Temporary Attorneys, and Travel agreements.

Provided support to Citi's Real Estate Services for optimizing operations and sourcing strategies across North America. • Lead the development of all sourcing-related functions- performing due diligence and assessing prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the significant transition to operations during implementation.• Enhanced the strategic sourcing organization and delivery through collaboration with the corporate sourcing and project management teams, developing innovative ways to simplify processes by utilizing tools and communication to increase account/project team productivity.• It developed an account category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spending, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries, and market insights that lead to short and long-term strategies.

I managed all Global Facilities Procurement for all branches of the nation's oldest andlargest private bank, including all branch renovations and moves. I provided the full range ofpurchasing services, from initiating contact with the manufacturer to negotiating and enforcingpricing and contract terms.*I oversaw $50,000 to $60M in purchases and acted as corporate liaison with architects, projectmanagers, engineers, designers, manufacturers and service providers.
