Gina Drobnick has more than 25 years of experience as an operations executive with a variety of public and private organizations. Gina specializes in managing enterprise-wide programs that help organizations achieve excellence through the design and implementation of processes and systems. She has extensive experience in implementing business strategy, comprehensive organizational systems, and operational performance metrics. She has launched ERPs, large-scale eCommerce sites, CRMs, learning management systems, document management systems, and other productivity-related tools. Gina couples a deep sense of client service with her program management and functional expertise to create successful, measurable business results. Gina Drobnick was employed by Ernst & Young’s and Arthur Andersen’s consulting practices prior to launching her own consulting practice in March 2001. In May 2006, Gina joined Brulant (later acquired by Rosetta Marketing Group) and was an Associate Partner in their Creative group before leaving to resume her private consulting practice in 2009. In 2014, Gina joined Level Seven as the Chief Operating Officer, transforming the business to a positive profit margin while rightsizing staff and offerings and releasing a new product offering. Gina joined GenomOncology as a VP of Client Services in 2018, advancing to Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
