I have been a homeowner on Daniel Island with its natural environment and “golf cart lifestyle”, and also lived in beautiful Mount Pleasant. These communities both offer walking and bike trails, water view homes, golf and tennis facilities, and southern style porches that say “welcome home”. Daniel Island is also home to the Women’s Volvo Open Tennis Tournament. Neighbors gather on community piers and on beautifully manicured front lawns to chat with each other, and even the “dogs” look happy to be living here in the lowcountry!Buying a home, or selling a home, is a big investment in your time and money. That’s why I’m committed to making this process as easy as possible. Growing up and in my adult life, I moved several times, so I’m very sensitive to the needs of my clients who are relocating to the Charleston area. My two specialties are: waterway properties and relocation. My father was a great role model for me and my siblings.
