Do you know people who are never quite satisfied with the status quo? They always want to learn and do more. They have multiple plates in the air—and seem to manage it effortlessly. Well, I’m not sure about the “effortlessly” part, but the rest describes me to a tee.Having worked at P&G for almost 20 years, I was “conditioned” to perform at my peak while also raising my kids, pursuing an education, and starting a real estate business. Today, it’s a little less hectic. I have my Bachelor’s Degree (Woo Hoo!), my kids are grown, and I’ve settled into helping friends and family achieve their dream of finding the perfect home.When I left P&G in 2018, it was like leaving home. Professionally, I’d grown up there and learned so much along the way. The most important thing that I learned though, was that the knowledge I’d gained was mine. I KNOW consumer insights. I KNOW how to build a display that attracts consumer’s attention and sells products. I KNOW data and analysis. I KNOW relationship-building. I KNOW digital media! I KNOW retailer media! I KNOW how to efficiently manage a project. And I KNOW that I KNOW so much more!Taking the position as Sales Director at SRAX, was a leap of faith. I’d never done sales, or had I? I had started a small, side hustle-type real estate business a few years before. It never felt like I was “selling” a home though. Rather, I looked at helping my friends find their dream house as finding out what they wanted (data) and then using my tools and knowledge to locate that home (problem-solving). Once I realized that I could sell something that I believed in, I was off to the races!I'm looking for my next challenge and looking forward to bringing all of my knowledge and diverse experiences to a new company that values innovation, creativity, relationships, and drive. It’s a time of re-invention for many organizations. I’M EXCITED TO BE PART OF BUILDING WHAT MY NEW COMPANY WILL BECOME!
