Three decades into my career, I've invested almost 20 years with Actalent (formerly Aerotek), a leading global engineering and science services and talent solutions company. I've held multiple roles within the organization, including segment strategy development, strategic sales & leadership and most recently leading the Actalent consultant experience team. In my current role as Director of Consultant Experience, I’m focused on making Actalent the employer of choice for STEM professionals. My team is responsible for driving and enhancing consultant engagement. To achieve this, we build and implement consultant engagement tools, mechanisms, and processes. My educational background is in STEM. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology & Chemistry and an Executive MBA. The fact that I come from a STEM background makes me enthusiastic about supporting and advancing other STEM professionals. I’m a lifetime member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), a national organization of STEM professionals dedicated to serving as role models in the Hispanic community. I also serve as an Ambassador on Actalent's DE&I Taskforce where I partner with council members and executive leadership to develop and advance the company’s DE&I objectives.
